Jeffrey V. Laurito - President

Jeff is a highly skilled legal specialist who has processed and completed in excess of 50,000 cases of Ohio foreclosure and bankruptcy relief on behalf of mortgage lenders. In practice since 1973, Jeff's focus has been solely on foreclosure and related areas of lender litigation. His extensive knowledge base and depth of experience assist him in anticipating problems, taking preventive actions, and successfully managing even the most complex litigation. Mr. Laurito received his B.S. from the University of South Dakota in 1968, and received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1973.

Erin M. Laurito - Vice President

Erin practices in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate and creditors' rights litigation, and title insurance matters. She is an active member of the AFN, and enjoys participating in educational services to the mortgage banking industry. Given her strong belief that efficiency and technology are directly related, Erin's focus is to serve clients effectively with cutting edge technology. Ms. Laurito received her B.S. from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
